All furniture components and raw materials (excluding screws and decorative hardware) are manufactured in the USA and sourced from within 500 miles, when available. All assembly & labor is performed in the Corilam Fabricating Co. facility in Kernersville, NC. Bakagain Inc is happy to assist you with the specific selections of Bedside Cabinets, OverBed Tables, Wardrobes, Dressers, Headboards & Footboards and Accessory items for your total coordinated decor. Our HealthCare furniture is produced using EPP Certified materials that comply with strict indoor air quality regulations. CARB 2 compliant & superior PUR adhesive type 1 bond – no VOCs.

3/4” melamine laminate case with sturdy dowel construction
Parts are CNC machined and assembled in case clamp utilizing hardwood dowels 8mm x 35mm and glue
60mm round plastic vent is inserted into the back of the case
All exposed edges to be banded with .020 PVC using moisture curing PUR hot melt adhesive with no VOC’s
Back panel is full 3⁄4” thick with matching color, inside and out
Tops, Aprons and drawer/door fronts are field replaceable
USA Made and Assembled Cabinets ship Ready-for-Use
Drawers have 1.3 mm steel sides with white baked-on epoxy finish. Drawer slides are integrated into the drawer sides and roll on the attached epoxy coated cabinet member. Load capacity of drawer to be minimum 100 lbs.
Rigorous shipping precautions All product is individually wrapped. Top & bottom are protected with cardboard trays. Hard cardboard corners protect the edges. Once both are in place, product is shrink wrapped for tight fit.
