Rachael’s Red Beets are not your typical grocery store beets!  Delightful petite flavorful beets accompanies with the perfect blend of spice and flavor! Only the best recipe that my grandma handed down to me can make these kind of beets. We’ll never give the recipe, cause if people pay 5 bucks for my beets you know they have to be goot!
Ingredients: Beets, Water, Corn Syrup, Vinegar, Clove Oil, Cinnamon Oil. 

Ruthie’s Chow Chow Sweet crisp veggies!  An awesome medley of mixed veggies made in the tradition of the Amish and Mennonites. A PA Dutch staple and favorite! Out to the garden we go to pick a bit from each row. We stick all the families favorite veggies with the pickling goodies and it makes the best chow chow! We promise you will like it too. One good Amish Chow Chow. Ingredients:
Green Beans, Wax Beans, Kidney Beans, Carrots, Cauliflower, Northern Beans, Lima Beans, Red Peppers, Onions, Corn, Celery, Cucumbers, Corn Syrup, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Celery Seed, Sodium Bisulfate.

Sadie’s Seven Day Pickles are the perfect pickle medley for a party tray or salad!  A sweeter pickle mixed with some serious spices and herbs – blended nicely with peppers and onions to add a bit of character. Sorta like a bread and butter pickles but better. Sadie puts the best and crispiest cucumbers in this recipe and adds a little “special” to it with some onion and red peppers! So good you’ll be eating it with a spoon!
Ingredients: Cucumbers, Vinegar, Water, Red and Green Peppers, Sugar, Onions, Salt, Mustard Seed, Pickling Spice, Turmeric, Alum.

Abe’s Pickled Asparagus is loaded with flavor!  With lots of different spices and and perfect vinegar balance; it makes a perfect garnish or simple snack! Seriously only the best around. We take the best asparagus (not too skinny and not too fat) and we stick em’ in a jar with a bunch of other great stuff.
